The SWBI320 Series from Superlok is a 3-PC center body, swing-out designed ball valve with high-strength 4-bolts, nuts, and flange seals.
It’s the only Superlok compression end ball valve that has a locking handle. The lever handle is smoothly operated with low torque. It has a blow-out proof stem that provides maximum safety along with stem springs that help compensate for alternate pressures, temperatures, and wear. The temperature range with the standard Reinforced PTFE/R-PTFE seats is from -20°F to 450°F.
The high-strength stem bearings allow for smooth actuation, resistance to wear, and eliminating irritating between the stem and the ball valve body. Available in tube end, female pipe threaded end, socket weld, butt weld, and sanitary end connections.
*3,000 PSI rating is for the PEEK seated version. The standard RPTFE seats can go up to 2,200 PSI. Please see the PDF spec sheet for full pressure/temperatur capability.
